We are very proud of the fact that all of our products, including the packaging, are designed and manufactured in the UK. To The Fairest supports other UK independent businesses in every part of the production process, from sourcing materials to building creative partnerships.

An entirely UK-based supply chain allows us to have superior quality control that adheres to approved industry standards. As a business, this provides the opportunity for our staff to visit the factories, studios and laboratories in person and build relationships with our suppliers. It also allows us to save money on shipping and redirect these savings towards the manufacturing costs of the product, optimising the quality of the finished goods.

To The Fairest’s supply chain is transparent, fully traceable and derived from sustainable sources wherever possible. Our suppliers are also independent British businesses with ethical employment practices and conditions.

We are committed to minimising the environmental impact of our business and do not rely on mass-produced foreign imports with heavy carbon footprints. All of To The Fairest’s online orders are delivered by Royal Mail, the most sustainable, carbon-conscious carrier service in the UK. Our customer service is also based in the UK, allowing for queries to be answered promptly and by our own staff – no chatbots here!
